All Money Explorers products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the circumstances outlined below. Your purchase may include instant course enrollment, downloadable materials, or group licenses delivered through our learning platform.
2. Seven-Day Pre-Access Refund Window
We want you to feel completely confident in your investment. If you’re not satisfied and have not completed the course, you may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
Refunds are available if less than 20 percent of the course (five topics or fewer) has been accessed. For group purchases, this access limit applies to the total combined progress of all enrolled learners.
“Accessed” is defined as opening a course topic within the learning platform. Once total topic access exceeds this limit, the purchase becomes final. This policy ensures fairness to our customers and protects the integrity of our digital curriculum..
3. Duplicate Orders or Technical Errors
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, experience a billing error, or encounter a technical issue that prevents access to your course, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation promptly and provide a path forward. In the event we cannot correct the issue, and your learning experience is significantly impacted, we will consider a refund to compensate your loss of learning access.
4. Group Licenses (Multi-Seat Purchases)
All group license purchases are covered by the same 90-day satisfaction guarantee. The access limit described above applies to the total combined topic progress of all group members. If you purchased the wrong group size, contact us before assigning learners so we can help you upgrade or adjust the order.
5. Pre-Orders, Sales, and Promotions
Discounted or promotional purchases, including pre-orders or bundles, follow the same 90-day satisfaction policy. However, once more than 20 percent of the course has been accessed, the purchase becomes final.
6. Customer Satisfaction
