1. Digital Course Purchases
Because all of our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
Your purchase includes instant login credentials, downloadable materials, and/or course enrollment through our learning platform. Once these materials are delivered, they cannot be “returned,” and therefore we cannot issue refunds except where required by law.
2. Seven-Day Preview Assurance
If you experience a technical issue or change your mind before accessing your course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Once course access has been granted, content downloaded, or learners added to a group, the purchase becomes final.
This policy ensures fairness to both our customers and our instructors while protecting the integrity of our digital curriculum.
3. Duplicate Orders or Technical Errors
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, experience a billing error, or encounter a technical issue that prevents access to your course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review the situation promptly and either:
- Correct the access issue, or
- Issue a full or partial refund when appropriate.
4. Group Licenses (Multi-Seat Purchases)
All group license purchases (for families, co-ops, or organizations) are final once access is granted and seats are available for assignment.
If you purchased the wrong group size (e.g., 3-seat instead of 5-seat), please contact us before assigning learners so we can help you upgrade or adjust the order.
5. Pre-Orders, Sales, and Promotions
Discounted or promotional pricing purchases, including pre-orders or special bundle sales, are non-refundable once the content has been released or access provided.
6. Customer Satisfaction
We genuinely want our courses to bless your family and help you grow in Biblical financial wisdom. If you are unsatisfied or believe your purchase was made in error, please contact us. We may offer alternative solutions such as:
- Account credit toward another course or product,
- Additional support materials, or
- In rare cases, a discretionary refund based on your circumstances.

To submit a refund or account-review request, please include:
- Your name and email used at checkout
- Order number and purchase date
- A brief explanation of the issue
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
