1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rest Over Riches (“we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, courses, or digital products—including Money Explorers—you agree to these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content is for educational and informational purposes. We are not financial advisors, and our materials do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for any financial decisions you make.

3. Faith Perspective

Our curriculum includes Biblical principles and scripture. By participating, you understand that our content is presented from a Christian worldview.

4. Accounts and Access

When you purchase a course or group license, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access that content for personal or household use.

Group Leader: The purchaser manages seat assignments and learner access.
Seat Limit: Access is restricted to the number of seats purchased. Sharing logins or adding unauthorized users is not permitted.
Removal of Learners: Once a learner has started a course, they cannot be removed from that group.

5. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a course or group license from Rest Over Riches, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital content for personal or approved group use as described below:

Single License

Grants access for one household or individual learner.
May be shared among members of a single household (e.g., parent and children).
May not be shared with friends, extended family, co-ops, or other households.

Group License (Up to 3 or 5 Learners)

Grants access for the number of learners specified at checkout.
Includes one Group Leader account (the purchaser) who manages learner access.
Seats may not be shared beyond the registered learners within that group or family.

Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, distribute, or publicly post any course videos, worksheets, PDFs, or downloads.
You may not resell, sublicense, or share login credentials with anyone outside your licensed group.
Course content, visuals, and activities may not be used in other teaching materials, curricula, or commercial products without written permission from Rest Over Riches.

Educational Use Exception

Churches, schools, co-ops, nonprofits, businesses, and other organizations must obtain an organization or site license, or receive written permission from Rest Over Riches, to use the curriculum in any group, classroom, or public setting beyond the number of learners included in their purchased seat count.
Families may print and use downloadable activities solely for their enrolled children.

Licensed users may print and use downloadable activities and materials solely for the learners included under their license.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or WooCommerce Pay. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

8. Technology and Availability

We strive to keep the site available at all times, but downtime may occur for maintenance or hosting issues. We are not liable for temporary interruptions or loss of data.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Rest Over Riches provides educational materials designed to teach financial literacy and Biblical stewardship principles. We are not licensed financial advisors, accountants, or attorneys. The concepts, examples, and tools provided—including savings calculators, investment illustrations, and budgeting activities—are for informational and educational purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Nothing on this website or in our courses should be interpreted as personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past results, hypothetical scenarios, or examples shown do not guarantee future performance.

11. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Trademarks

We use visual elements such as LEGO® bricks and other educational props within select course videos and lessons to illustrate concepts creatively. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this content. All trademarks, logos, or brands mentioned within our materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for illustrative or educational purposes only.

12. Refund Policy Summary

If you experience a technical issue or change your mind before accessing your course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Once course access has been granted, content downloaded, or learners added to a group, the purchase becomes final.

This policy ensures fairness to both our customers and our instructors while protecting the integrity of our digital curriculum.
